Rison Students of the Month

Taylor Murdock, an 8th grader at Rison Middle School, was named February student of the month for grades 7-9. Taylor is the daughter of Nick and Melissa Murdock. She is the granddaughter of Mark and Johnny Radcliff, the late Olen and Esther Murdock, and Eddie Rogers. She has two siblings, Emily and Mark. Her honors and activities include Junior Beta, hunting, fishing and reading.Cole Dedman, a 12th grader at Rison High School, was named February student of the month for grades 10-12. Cole is the son of Amy and Brad Hurst, and David and Tonya Dedman. He is the grandson of Donna and Marty Taylor, Cindy and Carter King, and Linda and the late Smitty Dedman. He has five siblings, Madison, Kaylin, Garrett, Kelley and Jonathon. His honors and activities include Football Captain, shooting sports, FFA, Beta Club and All-Conference Football Team.
