Glen Royce Vaught, 81, of Bonnerdale, Arkansas went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.He was born May 2, 1942 in Lodi, Arkansas to the late William Ezra Vaught and Erma Sue McKinnon Vaught.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Carolyn Sue Carlisle Vaught, his sister, Jean Smith, and his brother-in-law Gene Miller. Glen was a United States Army Veteran, Past Justice of the Peace, Past President of Jaycees, Past President of the Arkansas Auctioneers Association, a Shriner, and a 32nd Degree Mason. In 1964, he attended the Western College of Auctioneering in Billings, Montana. He was an antique furniture dealer, auctioneer and an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed sports and coached his daughters in basketball and softball. He founded Vaught Antiques & Auction Co. and travelled the United States for the finest antiques available. In his later years he owned and operated Peddlers Produce & More.Above all else he was a true family man, he always enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.He is survived by his daughters, Darla Vaught Rains and her husband David, Donna Vaught Neal and her husband Dave, and Debbie Ann Vaught, his sister, Laquita Miller, his grandchildren, James Wesley Cole and his wife Donna, Matthew David Neal and his wife Theresa, Lucas Andrew Neal, and Ashley Cole, his great-grandchildren, Adelaide Neal, Brooklyn Neal, Celestina Neal and Presley Cole. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.A farewell service was held Sunday, March 17, 2024, at Buie Funeral Home in Rison.
